    Terrible. Horrible. Poor customer service. So I made an order through Slice and did not notice that is was pickup only. (Ordered directly from Papi's before and they delivered.) After waiting almost 2 hours, I called to ask about order. They said they don't deliver. So since they would not refund order, I go and pick it up so it would not be a total loss. As I'm waiting to get the order, their delivery driver walks in, grabs another delivery order and leaves. So I ask the gentleman behind the counter why they wouldn't send my order out with him, and he says since I placed the order through Slice, they would not deliver it. WHAT?????? Btw, Pizza was obviously cold, but also terrible tasting. And sandwich was also cold, soggy greasy bread, and not great tasting. Thanks Papi's pizza!
